Lee is a great instructor! I would recommend her classes to everyone who is looking for keeping or building up their body strength and fitness. I haven’t been able to do weight training at gym for past 2 years due to ME/CFS, so had to find an alternative that wouldn’t leave me too exhausted and ill. My favourite is Barre Concept 😊 Although it seems easy, it can be quite a killer, but it’s all up to you and your own ability how hard you want to work out 😉
